All Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) clubs are moving to a new computer system for managing coaching certifications called SportsConnect.
As part of this move, all background checks will be done differently going forward. In order to coach a team for Clinton Youth Soccer (rec and travel), you will need to register to be a coach within the Clinton SportsConnect system. Separate registrations will need to be done for coaching rec and volunteering for travel if you do both, however, most of the data will pre-populate when you do the second registration, and your background check will remain with you throughout multiple registrations.
This help guide will walk you through the registration process, which will register you to be allowed to be placed on a CJSA roster, as well as collect your information/approval to perform the mandatory background check.
